About Me
After years of working in the very consumeristic world of retail management I became a stay at home mom and while every day is both a joy and a struggle I do love being home with my kids. I knew once I was home I wanted a different way of living for my children than what I had growing up in he 80’s. I wanted my children to respect the Earth, eat real food, and not feel they need things in their life to be happy. So I started making small changes to our lifestyle that in the hopes that by the time my children are old enough to really understand it will just be normal and the way we do things.
So this blog is to document our journey to reduce our carbon footprint one small step at a time.
