I felt the same way when I saw the products on the list. I had started to switch a couple of months ago to the frozen veggies simply from a more bang for my buck stand point and now I’m glad that I did. There are still lots that I do buy in cans though simply because I haven’t found alternatives yet. I’ll keep you posted when I find great cream soups in boxes .

When I saw Del Monte Green Beans on the list, my heart just dropped. We buy cans and cans of their Green Beans all the time. I guess now is the time I should consider switching to the frozen brand.

BPA was something that never worried me with me first child because I didn’t know about it, then I didn’t worry with my 2nd either because she was breastfed, but now that my 3rd child is on bottles it’s the first thing I think about before buying a bottle. I had no idea it was in canned goods too, we buy so many of those during the winter months.

And thank you for thinking of me this week, it means a lot to have so many people I’ve never “met” care about me.
